Collective Efforts is a certified women-owned business (WBE) headquartered in West View Borough, a northern suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We also have an office in Boardman, Ohio to better serve our Ohio clients. Collective Efforts is owned by two professional women engineers with overlapping expertise in the civil and environmental engineering fields. We employ a staff of civil engineers and environmental scientists with a varying expertise. We have been successful by employing a team approach on our projects.
